Who we are

Partnership Architect is a sole practice operated by Tetiana Anisimova, based in London, United Kingdom. For the purposes of UK GDPR, I am the data controller for the information described in this notice.

Contact: tatyana@partnershiparchitect.uk

What I collect

When you take the partnership diagnostic: your name, your email address, and your answers to the diagnostic questions.

When you email me or contact me via LinkedIn: your name, your contact details, and whatever you choose to tell me about your situation.

When we work together: the information you and your partners share during facilitated sessions, and the documents produced from that work.

When you visit this site: standard server logs from my hosting provider (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested). I do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.

Why I collect it, and my lawful basis

Responding to your enquiryLegitimate interests — you contacted me
Delivering services you've engaged me forContract
Meeting my tax and professional record-keeping obligationsLegal obligation
Sending you occasional writing, if you ask for itConsent — withdraw any time

I don't sell your data. I don't share it with third parties for marketing. I won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask me to.

Confidentiality

Beyond data protection law, what partners tell me during diagnostics and facilitated sessions is confidential. I don't disclose it to anyone outside the engagement — including to a partner's advisors, or to one partner about another outside the agreed process — unless I am required to by law.

Where a referral comes from a solicitor or other advisor, I don't report back to them on what was discussed unless you have expressly agreed I should, and I'll tell you what I'm reporting before I do.

Who else sees it

I use third-party services to run this practice, and your data passes through them:

  • Resend — delivers email on my behalf. When you complete the diagnostic, your answers and contact details are sent by email to me and a copy of your results is sent to you. Resend may retain message data in its systems according to its own policies.
  • Vercel — hosts this website and may process technical connection data in server logs.
  • Google Fonts— fonts are loaded from Google's servers when you visit the site.

These providers process data on my instructions and are bound by their own data protection obligations. Where any of them store data outside the UK, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as a UK adequacy decision or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long I keep it

  • Diagnostic responses, where we don't go on to work together: 12 months from completion.
  • General enquiries that don't lead to an engagement: 12 months.
  • Client records and engagement documents: 6 years from the end of our engagement, in line with standard professional and tax requirements.

After these periods I delete the data or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data I hold about you
  • have inaccurate data corrected
  • have your data deleted
  • restrict or object to how I use it
  • receive a copy in a portable format
  • withdraw consent, where consent is the basis I'm relying on

To exercise any of these, email tatyana@partnershiparchitect.uk. I'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.

Cookies

This site uses only cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for it to function, together with fonts loaded from Google. I do not use analytics cookies or advertising trackers. Nothing on this site requires a cookie consent banner beyond what your browser provides by default.

Changes to this notice

I'll update this notice if my practice changes. The date at the top tells you when it last did.
